Located in Torrevieja, on the south of the Costa Blanca, this villa of 300 m2 is distributed on two floors and basement as follows:

Four bedrooms, living room, kitchen, terrace, office, corridors, stairs, bathrooms, toilet, utility room and garden. All the installations of the house have been equipped with home automation applications.

HVAC: heating control through underfloor heating and zoning of fan-coil machines, control of all points of light, movement of shutters and irrigation control among other functions of the project.

The individual control of the applications per room is made from push-buttons and touch displays.

The house is equipped with a KNX web server that allows global visualization of the system through the WiFi network locally or remotely from PCs and mobile devices.
